Stormy Day

The first big storm of Autumn has officially found it's way to the Willamette Valley.

Thunder. Lightning. Rain.

In my book, it's a perfect day for sitting by the fire and listening to the storm.

I do miss the living room at PARKSIDE, which is where we once called "HOME."

You could watch the storm roll in off of the mountains, start a fire and just cozy in for the day.

Now, lovely guests from all over the U.S get to enjoy this living room. They get to snuggle in, start a fire, pour a glass of wine and watch the storm roll in.

I have to refrain from walking over and asking if I can snuggle in and join them by the fire.....
