We had some really gracious guests at Parkside last week. Just a husband and wife. It seems like most of the cottage guests are friends and family traveling together......and they max out the occupancy......it's not often that we have just 2 people staying these days.
Anyways, they left a bottle of Tyrus Evan pinot and a sweet note:

Thank you for your amazing hospitality! The "cottage" (by no means a cottage, a mansion compared to our 1200 s.f. bungalow in S.F.) is cozy, inviting, luxurious and provided everything we needed or wanted. Thank you for going the extra effort; the cinnamon rolls, fresh coffee, fresh flowers and fun soaps all added to the wonderful experience. Our entire 4 day stay consisted of wine tasting, eating and reading; the most relaxing vacation we have had in 15 years of marriage! We blazed through 4 books between the two of us and tasted some of the most exceptional wine (not to mention we LOVE Cuvee!)
We will be back! We haven't decided if we will keep this precious cottage and the town of Carlton a secret, or if we will invite our friends to come along next time. Best of luck!
