There is a new shop on Main Street.....and it is a great addition to Carlton!
Republic of Jam is a fabulous boutique style jam shop.
Yep, right in the heart of wine country. They treat their jams like wine with flights of jam available for tasting. I have only been in once, but my favorite is the APPLE VANILLA WALNUT jam.....so good!
They are open Thursday - Sunday, noon to 5.
You should pop in to check them out....you won't be disappointed!
